You walk past the same bare stretch of wall every day, and it never quite feels finished. A glass wall sconce with a bit of shape and colour can change that without any rewiring of the whole room.
This fitting has a hand-blown shade with a wavy, fluted rim, a little like the hem of a skirt. The shape holds its own on the wall even when the light is off.

Glass, Metal and Four Finishes: What You Get
The shade is hand-blown tinted glass set on a small metal base, and it is available in olive green, white, amber smoke or terracotta brown, so you can match it to the room.
The fitting measures 28 cm wide and 20 cm high. It takes an E14 bulb (not included) and is compatible with ordinary household switches as well as dimmers.
As it is hardwired, it should be installed by a qualified electrician. Subtle air bubbles or small marks in the glass are normal and do not affect how the light works.

Arrived well within the delivery estimate which I appreciated, and the unboxing was satisfying because everything was wrapped individually. The sconce itself looks very elegant and the proportions are just right for a narrow wall space. The only small thing is I wished there were more bulb options listed for the E14 fitting, had to do a bit of research myself to find the right warm white to complement the glass.
